
Arby Nahapetian, M.D., MPH.
Dr. Nahapetian has the distinction of being only the second Electrophysiologist to join CCMG in our history. He received his Medical Doctorate from the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He did his Residency and Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He recently completed his Fellowship in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. In addition to his medical degrees, Dr. Nahapetian holds a Masters Degree in Public Health from Yale University.
Along with his clinical work treating cardiac patients, Dr. Nahapetian has participated in many groundbreaking research projects and co-authored numerous medical papers. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Medical Association, the Heart Rhythm Society, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
His clinical interests include heart failure, arrhythmia ablation (both atrial fibrillation and SVT), and implanted cardiac devices. He is also currently enrolling patients in clinical trials which include new device, drug and catheter-based therapies.
